This full-time remote talent pipeline is designed for highly skilled engineers interested in long-term opportunities with venture-backed U.S. technology companies that hire remote talent throughout India.
Rather than applying separately for every opening, qualified candidates will be evaluated once and considered for multiple engineering opportunities that align with their technical expertise, career goals, and experience level as new positions become available.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from planning through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Build maintainable, secure, and scalable applications using modern engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical improvements.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
- Communicate effectively with globally distributed teams while maintaining alignment with U.S. business operations.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision.
- Contribute ideas that improve engineering processes, product quality, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience working within product-focused technology organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own projects from planning through deployment.
- Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate during overlapping U.S. business hours.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical decision-making abilities.
- Experience working within agile software development environments.
- Must currently reside in India and be authorized to work remotely from India.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation are not available .
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at companies that successfully scaled through early growth stages.
- Background in SaaS, FinTech, AI/ML , cloud platforms, or modern distributed systems.
- Previous experience serving as an early engineering hire within a startup.
- Experience building highly scalable cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and engineering best practices.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams.
- Stable career progression demonstrating increasing technical ownership and leadership.

Compensation: ₹50,00,000–₹1,00,00,000 annually (role dependent) .

Alternative Compensation: Select opportunities offer USD $72,000–$84,000 annually , depending on the position and employer.
