You bring deep experience in financial or accounting software implementation and consulting, with a specific focus on fund accounting and private assets — particularly Private Equity. You are comfortable navigating complex client environments and are passionate about technology’s role in transforming back-office operations.
About the Role
We are growing our Implementation Team to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding client base and to set the foundation for continued growth over the coming years. We have the technology, funding, experience, and capability to scale our business quickly.
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in fund accounting and private assets software. The successful candidate will have played an active role in delivering financial software solutions through the full implementation lifecycle, and will be confident and comfortable in client-facing engagements.
What You'll Do
- Work within the Implementation Team to configure and deliver the LemonEdge platform solution to clients and partners.
- Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are understood, delivered on time, and have ongoing maintenance and support requirements met.
- Apply deep fund accounting knowledge to configure the platform to meet complex client-specific requirements across Private Equity, Real Estate, Fund of Funds, Evergreen Funds, Open-Ended Funds and other private asset strategies.
- Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency during system transitions.
- Develop and document SQL queries and procedures to support implementation tasks including data migration, reporting, and process automation.
- Assist in the production of supporting materials for clients and partners, including project plans, configuration documentation, and training materials.
- Ensure clients are trained and supported on an ongoing basis, and that implementation best practices are met on all engagements.
