IBM Planning Analytics Support

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IBM TM1 Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Planning Analytics and be capable of managing support incidents, delivering enhancements, and contributing to release management processes. Experience with PrecisionView is a plus. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide day-to-day support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), TM1 Web, and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE). - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely manner. - Deliver system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation. - Participate in release management activities, including planning, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain documentation related to support processes and enhancement delivery. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). - Proficiency in PAW, TM1 Web, and PAfE. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with incident resolution and enhancement delivery. - Familiarity with release management practices.
