Human Resources Team Lead

A person who can lead the team with passion and core values.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- You need to design some talent acquisition strategies and improve some career development plans.

- Maintain some safety guards and employer branding.

- Set up all the HR procedures.

- Manage all the HR policies and advocate the people and the values.

- Manage some performance reviews as well.

- Develop some programs and initiate learning.

- Must have excellent leadership abilities and problem solving skills.

- Experience in HR operations and implement HR technology solutions.

- A very good work experience in managing HR resources, strategic planning.

- Experience in analytics, statistics and specifically reporting on HR facilities.

- Deep knowledge of most of the HR functions like management or building strong management brand.

Salary: 4.80,000 per annum
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Flexible work hours
