About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist with English and Portuguese to support our Chief of Staff, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams across a wide range of HR and recruitment operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our people processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with Bizmonis' business goals. You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee experience, while also helping to maintain accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence across our HR systems and workflows.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, results-driven, and solution-oriented, comfortable using ATS and CRM platforms, managing data, and proactively improving workflows in a dynamic startup environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief of Staff in HR and recruitment-related tasks
- Coordinate scheduling and communications with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and system updates

Maintain accurate data in internal HR records, ATS, and CRM tools
- Assist in preparing recruitment status updates, HR reports, and documentation for leadership
- Liaise with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Help drive internal process improvements and support team-wide HR initiatives and projects
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR tools, policies, and operational enhancements
What You'll Bring:

4+ years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination,
or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency

Strong communication skills and high attention to details
- Tech-savvy and experienced with digital tools, including ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Workspace
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally

Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a strong advantage.
