Home Care Scheduler

We’re looking for an experienced Home Care Scheduler to join a growing healthcare support team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on home care scheduling experience who is comfortable managing caregiver schedules, handling urgent coverage needs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily caregiver schedules using Wel lSky Pe rsonal Care Handle last-minute call-outs and urgent shift coverage Contact caregivers to fill open shifts Follow up on no-shows, late arrivals, and schedule changes Monitor caregiver clock-in and clock-out compliance Maintain accurate scheduling and caregiver records in WellSky Communicate professionally with caregivers and agency partners Assist with real-time scheduling and coverage needs Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in home care scheduling, staffing, dispatch, care coordination, or a similar role Hands-on experience using Wel lSky Pe rsonal Care is required Experience handling same-day schedule changes and urgent staffing gaps Strong written and spoken English communication skills Comfortable making frequent outbound calls Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Able to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment Weekend availability required Required System Experience: Wel lSky Pe rsonal Care Please only apply if you have direct, hands-on experience using WellSky for home care scheduling.
