DCX Client Services – Home-Based Implementation Specialist
The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Implementation Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. In this role, you will help bring client e-commerce storefronts to life by configuring stores, customizing product templates, and translating brand guidelines and design requirements into polished, responsive online experiences.
You will work closely with Account Management and other internal teams to ensure each implementation meets project requirements and client expectations. This role is ideal for someone with strong HTML and CSS skills , working knowledge of JavaScript , and an eye for design who enjoys solving technical problems, building effective solutions, and continuously improving processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Become a subject matter expert on the Liftoff Commerce platform and its capabilities.
- Configure, customize, and launch client e-commerce storefronts on the Liftoff Commerce platform.
- Translate client brand guidelines, wireframes, and design mockups into polished and responsive storefronts using HTML and CSS.
- Use modern CSS techniques, including CSS Grid and Custom Properties, to create functional and responsive web experiences.
- Utilize JavaScript to support storefront customizations and functionality as needed.
- Build and maintain web-to-print product templates using Pageflex and other variable print technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management and internal teams to ensure implementations align with project requirements and client expectations.
- Interpret brand standards, technical requirements, and design specifications accurately.
- Test new platform features and participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards for functionality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot technical and implementation issues and develop effective solutions.
- Manage multiple implementation projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, documentation, and implementation processes.
- Support company policies, standards, and implementation best practices.
- Contribute to special projects and perform other responsibilities as business needs evolve.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education – Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
Experience – Experience in web development, e-commerce implementation, web production, platform configuration, or a related technical role. Experience working with content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms is required.
Language Proficiency – Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Work Schedule – Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours.
Technical Skills –
- Strong hands-on experience with HTML and CSS .
- Experience styling responsive web pages using modern CSS techniques, including CSS Grid and Custom Properties .
- Working knowledge of JavaScript for web customization and functionality.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to interpret and translate design mockups, wireframes, brand standards, and technical requirements into functional web experiences.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities.
