Apply on original site โThis is a lead generation job, not a content posting job. Scheduling posts and making graphics is the small part. Getting in people's DMs and bringing us partners is the real job.
We work with gyms, chiropractors, and wellness businesses in the US. We want to grow our reach on social media and turn that reach into real leads and promo partners. You will own that from end to end.
THIS JOB IS TWO THINGS, AND YOU NEED BOTH
1. You make short videos, and you are the person in them. Your face, your voice, talking to the camera.
2. You spend the rest of your day reaching out. DMing influencers and pages, chasing promos and sponsorships, getting other accounts to promote us, and turning comments into conversations and conversations into leads.
If you can do the second part but will not go on camera, please do not apply. If you love being on camera but do not want to chase people down all day, this is also not for you.
PAY
- $5 per hour
- This is a starter rate for a prove-it period. Bring us results and we will revisit it.
- Paid twice a month, on the 15th and the 30th, via Wise
YOUR DAILY TASKS
- Record and edit short videos with you on camera, for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook .
- DM influencers, pages, and accounts to set up promos, shoutouts, affiliate deals, and sponsorships. This is the biggest part of the job.
- Hunt down people who will promote us, and keep hunting. Most will say no or say nothing. You keep going.
- Get on popular and trending posts early, leave comments that actually get noticed, and message the people who engage.
- Answer every comment and DM on our accounts, and move anyone interested into a real conversation.
- Keep a tracker of every account you contacted, when you followed up, who replied, and what was booked. If it is not tracked, it did not happen.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- You can work US business hours (EST).
- You are genuinely good on camera. Comfortable, natural, and watchable. This is the hardest part to teach and the first thing we will judge you on.
- Excellent spoken English, clear enough for a US audience.
- Real outreach experience. You have messaged strangers at volume before and gotten replies - influencer outreach, cold DMs, appointment setting, signing up affiliate partners, or similar.
- Thick skin. You will be ignored a lot. It cannot slow you down.
- Organized enough to run your own tracker and follow up on time, without being reminded.
- You can work on your own. Nobody will be standing over you telling you who to message today.
NICE TO HAVE
- Video editing: CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
- You have booked influencer promos, sponsorships, or affiliate deals before
- Experience in health, fitness, wellness, or supplements
- Your own social media following, whatever the size

- Last, tell us about one time you got a stranger to say yes over DM. What did y
