I’m looking for someone with real experience in organic affiliate marketing, TikTok research, and video repurposing. Main Tasks Find around 20 high-quality clips per day Clips should be fresh, high quality, and preferably without captions/text If a good clip has captions, you should know how to remove them cleanly Focus mainly on small creators / micro-influencers, not big influencers Find natural shopping/lifestyle clips such as: “Come shopping with me” “Come with me to buy [product]” Product pickup/unboxing videos Store walkthroughs Natural product-in-hand / lifestyle clips The brand/product can change daily depending on what our team needs You should have experience with repurposing videos and understand how to make content genuinely original instead of simply reposting. You should also understand TikTok unoriginal/reused-content issues and know how to fix originality problems in future edits. AI Skills — Bonus The work will be mainly real footage, but if you can also create realistic AI videos / AI UGC that look natural, that’s a big plus. Salary Starting salary: $200/month If your work is excellent and consistent, it can increase to $400+/month.
