Hiring: GHL & Admin Support Specialist

Elite Credit Group is hiring a remote team member to fully own our GoHighLevel (GHL) systems and support day-to-day admin operations. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5-7 hours/day, aligned to California (PST) hours Pay: $800-$900/month Requirements: 3+ years hands-on experience working inside GoHighLevel (funnels, pipelines, automations, calendars, workflows) 3+ years active experience in the credit repair industry, must understand disputes, client lifecycle, and how a credit repair business runs day to day Strong written English and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable owning multiple moving pieces without heavy oversight Reliable internet and a quiet remote work setup What you'll be doing: Fully managing and maintaining GHL (pipelines, automations, calendars, workflows, payments/invoices) Building new landing pages, sequences, and other GHL assets as needed, you'll be in charge of creating new builds, not just maintaining what exists Managing B2B and B2C nurture sequences and lead touchpoints Supporting client-facing admin tasks (scheduling, follow-ups, data entry, CRM upkeep) Helping keep our systems clean, organized, and running smoothly To apply, send: A short walkthrough or screen recording of a GHL funnel/automation you've built (bonus if it includes a landing page you designed) Your credit repair experience (companies, roles, how long) Your availability to start
