Hiring: AI Content Creation VA (Short-Form Video)

We create short form video content for health and wellness brands on Instagram. Everything is made with AI tools: realistic character images, natural voiceovers, and motion video, edited together into polished Instagram Reels. This is a LONG TERM position, not a one time project. $500 per month, paid reliably every week. === WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING === 1. Generating realistic character images with AI (Nano Banana Pro and ChatGPT) 2. Generating natural sounding voiceovers (ElevenLabs) 3. Generating motion video clips (Google Veo 3) 4. Editing everything into polished short form videos (CapCut or your preferred editor) 5. Using Claude AI to write prompts and troubleshoot your work You do NOT need prior experience with these tools, as long as you are willing to show up every day, put in the work, learn fast, and improve with the team. We have a full 9 stage onboarding program that trains you on everything step by step. That said, previous experience does help, and the test assignment below shows us your current skill level, so give it your best shot either way. === WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR === 1. RELIABLE AND CONSISTENT. You show up every day and you communicate if something comes up. This is the number one thing we care about. 2. DETAIL ORIENTED. The difference between a good video and a bad one comes down to small details. 3. COACHABLE. You take feedback seriously and apply it to your next video. 4. Your own laptop or desktop with stable internet. 5. Your own video editing software (CapCut works great). 6. You follow instructions carefully without being told twice. === SCHEDULE === Monday through Saturday. Daily check in at 9:00 AM PHT. All work submitted by 9:00 PM PHT. === PAY === $3 per video, paid monthly. === ONBOARDING === You will go through our 9 stage onboarding program that trains you on every tool step by step. We move through it quickly so you are producing at a high level fast.
