Job Description: We are a growing U.S.-based healthcare company seeking a Recruiter / Interview Specialist to support therapist hiring across multiple departments. This role is call-heavy and interview-focused, with additional responsibility for coordinating hiring needs and tracking recruitment progress. Approximately 90% of your work will involve phone interviews with therapist candidates. If you are not comfortable being on calls for most of your shift, this role is not a good fit. Role Overview β€’ You will conduct daily phone interviews with licensed therapists (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA), coordinate with internal teams on hiring needs, and manage the recruitment pipeline from job posting through candidate handoff. β€’ You are the first point of contact for candidates and a key link between departments, so professionalism, organization, and communication are essential. Key Responsibilities β€’ Interviewing & Screening (Primary Focus) β€’ Conduct high-volume phone interviews daily with therapist candidates. β€’ Screen candidates for: Licensure and credentials, Experience and specialties, Availability and geographic coverage, Communication skills and professionalism β€’ Clearly explain roles, expectations, and next steps. β€’ Identify red flags and escalate concerns when necessary. β€’ Recruitment Coordination & Follow-Ups β€’ Follow up with candidates after interviews as needed. β€’ Coordinate with internal departments (staffing, operations, leadership) to understand current and upcoming hiring needs. β€’ Schedule next steps and hand off qualified candidates appropriately. β€’ Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process. β€’ Job Posting & Process Tracking β€’ Post job openings on approved platforms as hiring needs change. β€’ Track candidates through each stage of the recruitment process. β€’ Keep recruitment trackers or ATS accurate and up to date. β€’ Provide basic updates on hiring progress when requested. What We’re Looking For β€’ Comfortable being on the phone most of the workday. β€’ Clear, confident, professional speaking voice. β€’ Strong listening and judgment skills. β€’ Highly organized and detail-oriented. β€’ Able to manage follow-ups and coordination without losing ---------- ntum. Qualifications β€’ 1–2+ years of experience in: Recruiting, Healthcare staffing, HR screening, Call center interviewing β€’ Excellent spoken and written English. β€’ Comfortable conducting multiple interviews per day. β€’ Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs). β€’ Bonus: Experience recruiting healthcare professionals or independent contractors.
