Healthcare Demand Generation Manager | Drive Growthin Healthcare Marketing

The Staff Pad is seeking a Healthcare DemandGeneration Manager to generate qualified sales opportunities for our healthcaresubscription services.

In this role, you'll develop and executemulti-channel demand generation campaigns, create high-converting content andlanding pages, and partner closely with sales to drive pipeline growth.

Success in this role is measured by qualifiedexecutive meetings, marketing-generated pipeline, and subscription revenue.
What You'll Do
Demand Generation

- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, SEO, and webinars

- Build landing pages and conversion funnels that generate qualified leads

- Create executive-focused content including guides, case studies, webinars, and email campaigns

- Use AI and automation tools to improve campaign performance and personalization

- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, messaging, and conversion rates

Sales Enablement

- Create presentations, one-pagers, ROI calculators, proposals, and sales collateral

- Produce promotional and customer testimonial videos

- Partner with sales to improve messaging, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness

What We're Looking For
Qualifications

- 2–5 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience

- Healthcare, healthcare staffing, SaaS, workforce solutions, or consulting experience preferred

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and landing page optimization

- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)

- Strong copywriting, analytical, and project management skills

- Experience using AI tools and marketing automation platforms is highly preferred

- Qualified executive meetings

- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

- Cost per qualified lead

- Marketing contribution to subscription revenue
