What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a strategically minded, hands-on Head of Video to build and lead Insider One’s global video function. You will own video end-to-end, turning ambiguous business needs into clear creative ideas, then leading the script, storyboard, production, animation, post-production, and final delivery. The work will span flagship event films, product launches, executive and founder communications, customer stories, social media content, product videos, and campaign assets. This is a rare role for someone who combines exceptional storytelling and craft with operational rigor. You will work directly with internal customers, including our founders and senior leaders, manage a dedicated in-house Motion Designer, maintain our video design system, and build a trusted global network of specialist freelancers across live action, 3D, VFX, sound, music, voiceover, color, and post-production. What You Will Do - Independently own Insider One’s global video roadmap and production pipeline across launches, events, campaigns, social, customer stories, executive communications, and internal content. - Partner with founders and cross-functional leaders to turn ambiguous briefs and needs into clear concepts, formats, narratives, and production briefs. - Lead end-to-end production from treatments, scripts, and storyboards through filming, animation, editing, sound, color, localization, and final delivery. - Stay hands-on by writing, directing, editing, or animating when needed, while deciding what should be produced internally or externally. - Lead and develop the in-house Motion Designer, setting priorities and giving precise feedback that raises creative and technical standards. - Build and manage a trusted freelancer and studio network across cinematography, 3D, VFX, sound, music, voiceover, color, and specia
