- Create and own global/regional Influence Marketing strategy, aligning it directly with overall brand goals, product launches, and key performance indicators;

Manage and optimize the influencer marketing budget, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) and providing transparent forecasting and allocation reports to the executive team;

Stay ahead of emerging social platforms, content formats, technology, and competitor influence strategies to maintain a competitive advantage;

Establish and enforce best practices for influencer vetting, contract negotiation, content disclosure, and regulatory compliance;

- Hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Influence Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.

We need your professional experience:

-
5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role;

- Experience working in iGaming;

-
Proven experience developing and executing influencer marketing strategies;

Experience managing influencer campaigns across global markets;

Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, CAC, engagement, conversions);

-
Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign performance;

-
Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading a team;

Ability to identify new trends, platforms, and growth opportunities;

-
English level - at least Upper-Intermediate;

- Spanish - will be a plus.
