Apply on original site ↗You will provide gymnastics instruction—including floor exercises, horizontal bars, vaulting boxes, and jump rope—as well as
sports instruction in English to children ages 3 to 12.
For the first approximately three months, which will serve as a training period, the CEO or a full-time employee will lead the main instruction, so
as a coordinator (assistant trainer), you will be responsible for providing general instructional support (assisting with exercises, engaging children who have trouble concentrating,
supporting children who are crying, assisting with bathroom breaks, communicating with parents, etc.).
After approximately three months, you will take on the role of Leader (Main Trainer) and lead the main instruction, serving as the core of daily lessons.
Additionally, for those with a strong desire to advance, we will entrust you with responsibilities commensurate with your position, such as managing new branch locations, supervising staff, training new hires,
and planning and executing events.
~Typical Weekday Schedule~
9:30 AM: Arrive at work & teach gymnastics at elementary schools or daycare centers in Tokyo, or attend training sessions at Zebra Gym
11:30 AM: Morning classes end & lunch break begins
2:00 PM: Lunch break ends & begin cleaning Zebra Gym
3:00 PM: Zebra Gym classes begin
7:00 PM: Zebra Gym classes end & clock out
