About the Role
The GTM Engineer helps build and support the systems the go-to-market motion runs on. You sit inside GTM Intelligence & Operations, part of the Marketing organization and the function accountable for attribution,MarTech, and the AI-driven operations that let a lean marketing team operate at a scale its headcount should not allow.
This is a hands-on build role. Where the Marketing Operations team runs the engine day to day (campaign execution, routing, reporting, data hygiene), you build, configure, and maintain the pieces that make it work: the data pipelines, the integrations, the automations, and the AI workflows that support everything downstream. You work from established patterns and the direction of senior members of the team. When a new capability needs to be built (an intent signal routed into a sales play, an enrichment pipeline that resolvesa contacttothe right institution, an AI SDR that qualifies before a human ever touches a lead) you are hands-on in building it.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role. The team is lean by design. AI is not a supplementhere,it is the operating model. You will build, configure, and enhance the systems that keep a lean team operating well beyond its size, and help keep them running with the documentation and guardrails the team relies on. As you develop in the role, you will take on progressively more GTM engineering work and greater independence in how you build.
You will also be a contributor to the broader marketing organization. The work you build helps support what everyone else can do. The ability to make your work legible, share what you are building, and raise the technical fluency of the people who operate the systems is as important as your individual output.
Responsibilities
Integration and API Support
You build and maintain the connections between the marketing-owned stack and Salesforce. Because most of our GTM tools write into a CRM that a separateRevOpsfunction owns, you build and support those integrations against the rules and patterns the team defines: whateach toolpushes into Salesforce, in what shape, and with what validation. Clean, reliable integrations across marketing, sales, and customer success motions are part of your day-to-day work.
Workflow Automation and Lead Routing
You build and configure the routing that makes sure inbound never sits in a queue and reaches the right motion by segment, working from defined rules. You automate the manual steps reps and operators hate. You build the routing andautomations, the operations team owns the rules and the running, and you work with them so the two never drift apart.
Signal Processing and Intent
You build the capture and processing that turns raw intent data (Starbridgeand other account-level signals) into something the GTM teams can act on before a buyer ever raises a hand. Following the team's approach, you configure how signals are scored, deduped, and routed into plays, and you build the plumbing that delivers them in time to matter.
AI Tool Deployment and Agentic Workflows
You build, deploy, and support AI capabilities: AI SDR and website chat, AI-assisted research and prospecting, and the agentic workflows that let a 25-person team run motions a much larger one could not. You build the automations, wire them into the stack, and instrument them so their output can be trusted and measured.
Tech Stack Builds and Territory Configuration
You stand up and configure new tooling to our territory design and pipeline reporting. You build in Salesforce and across forward-looking platforms likePhaveand 1mind, and when we adopt atoolyou help get it built into the stack correctly and talking to everything else. This may include writing custom scripts to meet data and market needs.
Data and Contact Enrichment
You build and support the enrichment pipelines that keep contact data accurate at the buying-entity level: right person, right title, righ
