Growth Strategist - Meta Ads + Copywriting (Full Time, EST Hours)

Perfect Growth Agency is a digital marketing agency running paid acquisition for service businesses in North America. We are hiring ONE full-time Growth Strategist to take ownership of ad performance across our existing client accounts. This is a thinking role, not a button-pushing role. You will not be handed a complete brief and told what to build. You will be given a client, an account, and a goal, and we expect you to dig in, ask sharp questions, and come back with a plan. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Learn our existing client accounts deeply: their customers, their offers, what has been tested, what is working and what is fading - Report weekly per client. Not a numbers dump, a clear story: what we tested, what we learned, what is next - Propose and run the next moves: new angles, new hooks, new creative, budget and structure changes - Write ad copy and concept the creative, then brief our video editors and AI design tools clearly enough that they get it right first time - Write and build landing pages using AI tools, and diagnose why a page is not converting - Make the daily Meta ads calls: kill, scale, or iterate YOU ARE A FIT IF - You have 2+ years hands-on Meta ads experience with real budget, and can walk through an account you personally ran and defend every decision you made - You have direct response copy instincts. You can explain WHY a hook works, not just that it did - You have written and built landing pages and understand what makes them convert - You use AI daily as a real part of how you work, not as a novelty - You ask WHY before HOW. The how you can research and figure out. The why you push on - You communicate clearly in writing and on video - You can work EST hours (US Eastern Time), full time, long term NOT IN THIS ROLE GoHighLevel builds, video editing, sales calls, client account management. We have people for those. Your job is thinking, testing, and performance. SALARY AND GROWTH USD 800 to 1000 per month to start, depending on experience. Reviewed at 3 months with a clear path to USD 1400+ based on results. We are hiring someone to grow into a lead seat as we scale, not a short term contractor.
