- Execute targeted lead generation initiatives in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer, including email campaigns, outbound prospecting efforts, and business development outreach.

- Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up, routing opportunities appropriately to the sales team.

Sales Support and Enablement

- Assist in preparing materials, follow-ups, and action items for critical sales meetings and growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with the CGO and sales leadership to develop and maintain pipeline reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.

- Help streamline workflows and communication between sales, growth, operations, and other internal stakeholders.

- Manage logistics, scheduling, and communications related to broker meetings, client engagements, and territory-specific initiatives.

Coordination and Operations

- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for high-priority meetings involving executives, partners, clients, and broker organizations.

- Support documentation and continuous improvement of growth processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

- Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of key initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives.
