Apply on original site โWE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER SOCIAL-MEDIA POSTER.
We need the person who knows what we should test next.
The $2 Bill Brand helps entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and experts become impossible to compare by becoming the ONLY choice in their space. Our founder, Brad Holcman, brings a Hollywood-trained storytelling and positioning perspective to personal brands and businesses.
We already have a team member who can produce and distribute content, and a GoHighLevel technical specialist who can build pages, funnels, automations, and related assets.
What we need now is a sharp, hands-on marketing strategist who can connect the dots between our offers, content, paid advertising, lead magnets, email list, funnels, and actual results.
This is a fractional strategy and performance role. At 10 hours per week, your job is to create clarity, prioritize the highest-leverage actions, manage or improve a limited number of important marketing tests, and direct our existing execution support.
THE BASICS
Type of work: Part time, 10 hours per week
Pay: $500 USD per month
Start date: As soon as the right person is found
Location: Philippines
English level: Fluent / Advanced
Experience level: Expert. Four or more years hands-on.
Schedule: 10 hours weekly, including one weekly strategy call and one weekly execution and measurement call during mutually agreed U.S. Eastern-Time hours. Remaining hours are flexible.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1. One clear growth plan and scorecard
You will audit our existing channels and customer journey, identify the largest growth constraints, and create a practical 90-day plan.
You will define what we should measure, where the data is unreliable, what needs to be fixed first, and what we should stop wasting time on.
Each week, you will provide a simple scorecard showing the most relevant information available: content performance, paid-media activity and spend, traffic, lead generation, funnel conversion signals, email and list growth, and the next action we are taking.
You will explain what changed and why in plain English.
2. Paid-media strategy and focused optimization
You have hands-on Meta Ads experience and understand campaign structure, audiences, retargeting, creative testing, landing-page alignment, budget pacing, Meta Pixel and Conversions API concepts, and conversion-event quality.
You will not be expected to run unlimited campaigns or manage large budgets from day one. You will help us d ---------- what one or two paid-growth efforts are worth testing, set up or review the strategy, identify the right measurement, optimize what is live, and tell the team what should happen next.
3. Organic content and social-media strategy
You will build a strategic view of our founder-led content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and email .
You will recommend content pillars, formats, calls to action, distribution priorities, and posting rhythm based on the goal of each piece of content.
Our content VA handles most publishing and distribution. You will supply the why: whom we are speaking to, what message we need to test, which format and channel makes sense, what call to action belongs with it, and what signal tells us it worked.
4. Email list, lead magnets, and funnel strategy
You will recommend the highest-leverage ways to grow the email list, improve lead magnets, strengthen welcome and nurture sequences, and move people from content or ads into the right next step.
You will create clear briefs for our GoHighLevel technical specialist. You are not expected to personally build every page or automation at this budget. You are expected to know what should be built, why, and how success should be measured.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 30 days: A concise audit, a measurement and tracking checklist, a 90-day priority plan, a first scorecard, one lead-magnet or funnel recommendation, and a focused paid and organic test plan.
Days 31-60: Weekly scorecards, clearer content prioritie
