Growth Marketer

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to lead the execution of strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and deeply passionate about growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and manage A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies, including variations in ad copy, landing pages, and user flows.

- Lead the creation of marketing content and creative assets for various campaigns.

- Analyze growth metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and other key indicators.

- Manage marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and reporting on spend across different campaigns.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role

- Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
