Apply on original site โWe are hiring a sharp, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer and Video Editor to own creative production for our clients. This is a craft-first role for someone who takes pride in clean design, tight edits, and fast turnaround.
You will edit short-form and long-form video, design ad creative and social graphics across multiple brands, and keep our creative queue moving without needing to be chased.
Location: Remote, Philippines
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: 20 hours/week, worked within 9AM to 5PM MST (Denver, CO)
Remote Requirement: Screen recording software during working hours, standard for our remote team
About The Hiring Company
Work From PH is partnering with its client, a content marketing agency specializing in Trust-First strategies that help businesses scale through high-quality video content. The company creates content that drives results, helping businesses establish authority and build brand equity.
Our Ideal Candidate
You're a craftsperson with taste. You notice when kerning is off, when a cut lands a beat too late, when a graphic almost matches the brand guide but doesn't. You manage your own queue, hit deadlines without reminders, and treat revision notes as fuel, not criticism.
You're excited to:
*Take ownership of your production queue and your deadlines.
* Communicate clearly and proactively with the team when something is blocked or unclear.
* Handle feedback with grace and turn revisions around fast.
* Protect brand consistency across every client you touch.
* Get faster and better every month.
Your Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and longer-form content: podcasts, client testimonials, brand films, and ad cuts.
- Design graphics for paid and organic campaigns: ad creative, social posts, carousels, thumbnails, and simple motion graphics.
- Follow each client's brand guide precisely, and flag when source assets or requests conflict with it.
- Work from our Motion project queue: pick up assigned tasks, update statuses, and deliver on deadline.
- Execute revision rounds quickly and accurately, and occasionally join client calls to walk through revisions.
- Keep project files organized in Google Drive so anyone on the team can find the latest version.
- Collaborate with our video team and media buyer so every asset is campaign-ready.
- Stay current on platform specs, formats, and editing trends that affect performance.
Expected Key Results (First 90 Days)
What success in this role looks like:
- Managing your production queue with minimal oversight.
- Hitting agreed turnaround times on edits and design tasks.
- Reducing revision rounds by catching brand and quality issues before delivery.
- Producing work that matches each client's brand guide without correction.
- Becoming the person the team trusts to just handle it.
Qualifications We're Looking For
* 3+ years in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio that shows both.
* Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. After Effects is a plus.
* Confident design skills in Canva and at least one professional tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
* Native fluency in short-form: pacing, hooks, captions, and what holds attention on Reels and TikTok.
* Sharp eye for typography, layout, and color, with the discipline to stay inside a brand guide.
* Proactive written communication in English. You flag problems early instead of going quiet.
* Proficiency with our remote stack: Google Workspace (Drive and Chat), Zoom, and Canva, plus Motion for project management.
* Self-motivated and organized, able to juggle multiple brands in a remote environment.
* Bonus: experience with AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, Runway) in a creative workflow.
Who This Role Is NOT For
To save us both time and make sure this is the right fit, here's who this role may not be ideal for:
x Task-doers who upload assets and wait for instructions instead of managing their queue.
