Graphic Designer (SMM)

Description As part of our continued growth,  Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our local partners , leveraging our network of 1,400 talented professionals across 10+ countries. We are on the lookout for  a Graphic Designer  to join our  Design Team. Responsibilities: - Create visually engaging banners and graphics for social media platforms. - Generate and refine AI-assisted visuals and integrate them into high-quality marketing creatives. - Maintain a consistent visual style across all SMM materials. - Develop and adapt design templates for social media needs. - Collaborate closely with SMM managers and the creative team. - Contribute creative ideas and explore new AI tools and workflows to improve visual communication. - Prepare design materials according to briefs and deadlines. Requirements - 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably focused on SMM. - Strong skills in Photoshop and Figma; basic knowledge of Illustrator is a plus. - Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools and the ability to integrate AI-generated assets into production-ready designs. - Understanding of prompting techniques and AI-based creative workflows. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory. - Awareness of current visual trends in social media and AI-generated content. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback.
