We're a screen printing company running lead gen through Meta ads into GoHighLevel. Production and fulfillment are handled — we need someone who lives in GHL and can build faster than we can. Scope of work: Build and optimize workflows, pipelines, and automations Set up AI conversational SMS for inbound lead qualification Build email and SMS nurture sequences Launch funnels for new offers (we launch frequently) Document every build as a transferable SOP and snapshot That last point is important. We're productizing this system for other print shops, so everything you build needs to be portable — not hardcoded to our account. You're a fit if you've built GHL systems for quote-driven local businesses (home services, contractors, print, signage), you can architect workflows rather than just follow a tutorial, and you've packaged snapshots for other accounts. Walk me through one workflow or snapshot you built, and explain why you architected it that way. Include the link in your proposal. A lead texts us at 9pm: "how much for 50 shirts?" Before an AI can quote that, what does it need to know? List the specific variables, then tell me where the conversation should hand off to a human instead of continuing to automate.
