GoHighLevel Design Specialist - Websites, Funnels, Tracking + DNS

ABOUT US We are an established Australian digital marketing agency. We build lead generation systems for construction, trade and home service businesses: solar, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, bathrooms and builders. We run the Meta and Google advertising, we design and build the pages the traffic lands on, and we wire the whole thing into GoHighLevel so every lead is tracked from the ad click through to the booked job. We are running this ad without our company name on it, on purpose. We will tell you exactly who we are on the first call. We are a small, fast, AI first team and you will work directly with the company director. THE ROLE This is a design role first. You are the person who makes GoHighLevel look good and work properly. Most GHL work in the market looks like GHL. Ours does not, and that is the job. You will design and build the websites, funnels, forms, surveys, email s and membership areas inside GoHighLevel for our clients, then make sure every one of them is tracked, connected and pointed at the right domain. To be clear about the boundary: this role lives inside GoHighLevel. You are not writing React or standing up WordPress. We are running a separate ad for a full stack web designer who works outside GHL. If that describes you better, apply to that one instead. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design and build in GoHighLevel - Design complete client websites and funnels inside the GHL builder: opt in pages, sales pages, booking pages, thank you pages, multi step forms and surveys - Real design work: layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, restraint. You know the difference between decorated and designed - Make every page genuinely mobile responsive. The GHL builder fights you on mobile. You win that fight - Use custom CSS and custom code blocks when the drag and drop builder is not enough - Design the rest of the GHL surface too: email templates in the email builder, forms, surveys, calendar booking pages, chat widgets, client portals and course or membership areas - Build reusable snapshots so a new client sub account can be stood up fast without rebuilding from zero Connect Meta to GoHighLevel - Connect Facebook and Instagram to a ---------- sub account and keep the connection alive - Wire Meta lead ads into GHL: lead form integration, field mapping, instant speed to lead automation - Install and verify the Meta Pixel and Conversions API on GHL funnels and websites, including event deduplication with event IDs, custom conversions, and sending server side events back to Meta - You can explain what Event Match Quality is and how you raised it Tracking inside every page - Google Tag Manager, GA4 events, Google Ads conversion tags, call tracking, Meta pixel, all installed and verified, not just pasted in and hoped for - UTM capture into contact custom fields so we can attribute a lead down to the specific ad that made it - Test every form, every trigger link, every calendar, every redirect before it goes live DNS, domains and email sending - Point client domains at GoHighLevel correctly and confidently: A records, CNAMEs, root vs subdomain, funnel and website domain assignment, SSL provisioning, redirects - Set up email sending domains properly: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain authentication in LC Email or Mailgun, and know why an email lands in spam when those are wrong - Work with Cloudflare, GoDaddy, VentraIP, Hostinger and whatever registrar a client turns up with - Know the difference between a DNS change that is safe and one that will take a client's email offline Automation workflows - Build the workflows: speed to lead SMS and email , nurture sequences, appointment reminders, review requests, missed call text back, pipeline stage automation, internal notifications - Wire GHL to other tools with webhooks and APIs.
