GoHighLevel CRM Specialist / Automation & Workflow Expert

We are a growing music education company in the U.S. looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Specialist to help us build, organize, automate, and continuously improve our CRM. This is a hands-on position. Part-time, going into full-time. We need someone who can understand our sales process, translate it into effective CRM workflows, and also handle smaller GHL tasks as they come up. Responsibilities Design and build complete GoHighLevel workflows and automations Organize and optimize our CRM pipelines Build lead nurturing sequences Create appointment confirmation and reminder workflows Build no-show and rescheduling workflows Create long-term lead follow-up sequences Automate SMS and email communication Create tags, triggers, custom fields, opportunities, and pipeline stages Set up lead source tracking Build workflows based on customer behavior and pipeline movement Create internal notifications and tasks for our sales team Troubleshoot workflows when something isn't working correctly Clean up and improve existing automations Handle smaller ongoing GHL tasks and changes Help us continuously improve CRM efficiency and lead conversion Our Main Funnels Our CRM supports multiple programs, including: Free Trial Classes DJ Courses Music Production Courses Kids Programs Camps Artist Development Events and Workshops A typical customer journey may look like: New Lead ? Long-Term Nurture We want someone who can look at this journey and proactively identify where automation can make it better. You Should Have Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel Experience building workflows from scratch Understanding of CRM pipelines and sales funnels Experience with SMS/email automation Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently Good written English Ability to understand a business process and turn it into an automation Organized and reliable work style Very Important We are not looking for someone who only follows step-by-step instructions. We want someone who can think: "I understand what you're trying to accomplish. Here is the best way to build it in GoHighLevel."
