🎯 Role Overview
This is a full-cycle recruiting role at the heart of how Boundless Life grows its team. We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on an 8-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and mutual fit. You will own end-to-end hiring across multiple countries and role types, with a particular focus on our Education vertical, sourcing and securing the educators and education leaders who make the Boundless experience possible.
You will be joining a People & Culture team that is actively evolving its recruitment function: building proactive pipelines, adopting AI enabled tools, and raising the bar on both process quality and candidate experience. You will be a key part of making that evolution real, bringing both the operational rigour to run great searches and the technical fluency to leverage modern recruiting tools to their full potential.
💼 What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Own end-to-end recruitment across active roles, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and handover to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define ideal candidate profiles, and build a shared picture of what great looks like before a search begins
- Run structured, values-aligned interview processes consistently across all roles, with completed scorecards at every stage
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the ATS so pipeline data is always reliable and reportable
Education Sourcing & Specialist Hiring
- Lead sourcing for educator roles across multiple countries and age groups, with a deep understanding of where great educators are, how they move, and what makes them choose one opportunity over another
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for priority education roles by location and age group, so searches start from a warm pool
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role type and market, drawing on international teaching communities, expat educator networks, subject-specific associations, and relevant job boards
- Re-engage strong near-hire candidates from previous searches to keep the pipeline live between active roles
AI Enabled Recruiting
- Use AI tools actively across the full recruiting workflow: sourcing, candidate research, outreach personalization, early-stage screening, and pipeline management
- Continuously test and refine how AI is applied across your searches, bringing what works into standard practice
- Help identify new tools and workflows that could improve team efficiency or candidate experience
