. ### Overview We are looking for motivated individuals to embark on a training and professional growth path in financial consulting within our Group. The program begins with a 6-month full-time, in-person internship at our branches, where you will learn the art of client management, the creation of targeted economic-financial portfolios, and follow a training path designed to prepare you for the OCF (Organismo Consulenti Finanziari) exam, which will qualify you for financial consulting. ### What your activities will be During the branch internship, you will be supported by a team with experience in financial consulting and will learn to: - organize your day by preparing for client meetings, through constant study and updates, under the guidance of tutors who will follow you throughout the internship program - identify the implicit needs of clients through proper exploration and argumentation, and the resulting targeted commercial proposals - build a valuable relationship through knowledge and skills that will allow you to manage your assigned portfolio in any market context, becoming a true point of reference for clients and your team - create meaningful relationships both inside and outside the branch, with the natural authority that your professionalism will grant you ### Who we are looking for People who want to turn their passion into a profession and possess: - a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, law, or political science - a five-year high school diploma with brief experience in the insurance or commercial sector ### What we offer you Hiring with a hybrid contract, upon successful completion of the internship and obtaining the OCF qualification requirements. You will have the opportunity to experience the flexibility of self-employment combined with the security of a large Group: - you will be an employee, with the role of manager in our branches across the national territory, with a permanent part-time vertical contract (two days a week) and a salary regulated by the CCNL Credito - for the remaining time, you will be a Global Advisor – Financial Advisor authorized for off-site offerings with an Agency contract (VAT number), exclusively for Intesa Sanpaolo, with the possibility of building a portfolio of selected clients and obtaining remuneration linked to its profitability, receiving a guaranteed minimum for the first six months of activity and specific bonuses in case of portfolio expansion - full access to Intesa Sanpaolo Group benefits (Pension Fund, Healthcare, Favorable Conditions, etc.) ### Who we are We are leaders in Italy and one of the main banking groups in Europe.
