SMHQ Network ( ---------- ) is a licence and franchise business aimed at property investors who want to find motivated sellers, with 58 people currently in the franchise network. ---------- is our main lead generation website, where we find motivated sellers directly, generating over 4,000 motivated seller leads in the last year. =================================== ROLE SUMMARY =================================== We're looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to help us build and manage automations, pipelines, and campaigns inside our main CRM system. This is a dedicated technical role, not a bonus skill layered onto something else. As with all our roles, we're looking for someone with a good attitude and a genuine growth mindset, who wants to learn and grow. We want people who will stay with us long term and become loyal, trusted team members. =================================== MUST-HAVE SKILLS =================================== - Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience - Building workflows and automations - Managing pipelines and contacts - Setting up funnels or campaigns - Knowledge of running and managing Facebook Ads campaigns =================================== NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS =================================== - WordPress familiarity - SEO awareness - General CRM or marketing automation background beyond GHL =================================== HOURS AND PAY =================================== 20 to 40 hours per week. Pay negotiable based on experience. =================================== PROCESS =================================== 1.
