We're looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can build systems that improve efficiency, increase revenue, and create better customer experiences. As a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, you'll help build, manage, and optimize CRM systems, automations, funnels, integrations, and customer journeys. You'll collaborate with leadership, developers, automation specialists, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. *** Responsibilities GoHighLevel Administration Build and manage GoHighLevel accounts Configure pipelines, opportunities, calendars, forms, surveys, and reporting Create, maintain, and optimize snapshots Support SaaS Mode environments and client onboarding Organize and maintain CRM systems and account structures Create internal documentation and process guides Automation & Workflow Development Build advanced workflow automations Create email , SMS, voi cemail , and nurture sequences Design onboarding and fulfillment workflows Troubleshoot and optimize automation performance Improve lead management and customer lifecycle systems Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes Funnels & Conversion Systems Build landing pages and sales funnels inside GoHighLevel Configure forms, calendars, automation triggers, and conversion tracking Improve user experience and conversion performance Assist with campaign launches and lead-generation systems Integrations & Technical Setup Integrate third-party applications using Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks Configure Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, calendars, and communication tools Support custom software integrations when needed Collaborate with developers on advanced implementations AI & Emerging Technology Assist with AI-powered workflows and business automation Support the implementation of AI tools within business operations Explore new ways to improve efficiency using automation and AI technologies *** Qualifications - Required 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience, OR recent graduate with hands-on GoHighLevel experience and a development/software background Experience building workflows and automation systems Strong understanding of CRM management Experience building funnels and landing pages Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace *** Preferred Experience w
