Role Overview

What You Will Do
Lead the commercial success and long-term growth of the business by bringing together strategy, innovation, operations and customer focus. Key responsibilities include setting and executing Sprout's growth strategy, owning end-to-end business performance, leading product strategy, shaping and evolving the Sprout brand, and identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Significant leadership experience within retail, consumer products, technology, electronics or a related industry
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated experience owning or influencing P&L performance
- Experience across product management, sourcing, merchandising, brand management or category leadership
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes for customers end-to-end
- Demonstrated success leading growth strategies and delivering commercial results
- Experience developing and executing product and brand strategies within customer-facing markets
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across multiple functions
- The ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and operational execution
- Experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams
- A passion for innovation, customer outcomes and continuous improvement
