Requirements

Gainsight–Salesforce integration expert who has architected and delivered complex, enterprise-grade programs, this is the role for you.
This a 6-12 month Contract Remote Role
What You Will Lead
- End-to-end Gainsight ↔ Salesforce data architecture

- Large-scale data migration & transformation

- Complex field mapping across multi-system dependencies

- API-driven integrations & scalable ETL workflows

- Governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment

You Should Already Have
- Deep, hands-on experience with Gainsight data model + Salesforce schema

- Led at least 1–2 enterprise migrations (not just supported)

- Strong working knowledge of APIs, ETL pipelines, and integration patterns

Gainsight Admin or Architect Certification (mandatory)

- Clear, executive-level communication skills

This Role Is NOT For You If
- You’ve only done basic Gainsight admin work

- You need step-by-step direction

- You haven’t owned integration architecture decisions

This is not a configuration role.
This is not a ticket-closure role.
This Role Is For You If
- You think in systems, not tickets

- You anticipate downstream impact before it happens

- You can walk into ambiguity and create structure

- You take pride in clean data architecture
