Accounting Manager
Position Summary
The Accounting Manager will perform detailed financial analysis, maintain development accounting records, and support compliance and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

- Maintain development cost ledgers and project accounting records.

· Track sources and uses of funds.

- Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation.

- Assist with project draw requests and funding requisitions.

- Reconcile development expenditures to budgets and financing sources.

- Prepare variance analyses and financial reports.

- Support investor, lender, and auditor requests.

- Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

- Experience with real estate or construction accounting preferred.
