Fundraising Campaign Director

About the Role:

This role is closer to a political campaign manager than a traditional marketing manager. You will own the campaign schedule, bookings, coordination, and execution, allowing the founders to focus on attending meetings and delivering their message.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the complete campaign calendar.

Secure press coverage, podcast appearances, panel opportunities, and speaking engagements.

Organize founder dinners, investor events, and regional meetings.

Manage founder schedules, travel arrangements, briefings, and preparation.

Coordinate PR agencies, event partners, content teams, and external suppliers.

Track deadlines, bookings, follow-ups, deliverables, and overall campaign progress.

Identify and resolve issues independently.

Provide clear weekly progress updates, risks, and next steps.
Requirements:

Experience leading a campaign from planning through execution.

Background in PR, communications, events, political campaigns, product launches, conferences, or similar work.

Strong professional network across the Gulf, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Good knowledge of regional media, events, and platforms such as LEAP, GITEX, Misk, and Hub71.

Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior leaders.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working without close supervision.

Consistent availability throughout the full campaign period.

Willingness and ability to travel across the GCC when required.
