Full Time Video Editor

We're hiring a Video Editor! We need someone who can take raw AI footage and turn it into something people actually stop scrolling for. Full-Time | Remote Thai AI is a content brand built around an AI-generated on-camera personality, combining luxury real estate with short-form video for Instagram. We're looking for a video editor to join full-time and own the editing pipeline for our reels and vertical video content, including talking-head videos for a real estate team. What you'll do: - Edit short-form vertical video, reels, talking-head content, and property tours for a fast-posting Instagram brand - Cut for pacing and retention, not just polish - Source and cut b-roll that supports the story instead of just filling space - Match the edit to the tone of each piece: warm and step-by-step for educational content, candid for behind-the-scenes, polished and aspirational for property presentations - Work from scripts and raw AI-generated footage to build finished, publish-ready reels - Handle captions, music timing, and color grading to match a consistent visual identity - Keep up with a real content calendar and turnaround expectations What we're looking for: - 1-2 years of editing experience - A portfolio that shows your eye for pacing and b-roll selection - Comfortable in CapCut, Premiere, or similar - AI video tool experience (Seedance, HeyGen, Higgsfield) is a plus, not required.
