Full-Time Operations & Customer Service Virtual Assistant Industry: Furniture Retail & E-Commerce Location: Remote – Philippines Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Position: Long-Term We are a U.S.-based furniture retail and e-commerce company looking for a smart, dependable, highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our customer service and day-to-day operations. This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys variety. Some responsibilities will be routine, while others will be miscellaneous tasks that come up while running a busy retail business. Full training will be provided by our staff. Responsibilities * Respond to customers through email , text, and chat * Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and open issues * Assist with Shopify orders and customer information * Update CRM records, notes, and follow-up tasks * Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets * Track outstanding orders and tasks * Help coordinate deliveries and order-related information * Contact and follow up with vendors when needed * Place orders for store supplies, products, materials, and other business needs * Research products, vendors, pricing, services, and solutions online * Track orders and confirm that purchases arrive correctly * Assist with inventory and product information * Organize documents and internal information * Help maintain task lists and make sure important items don’t get forgotten * Handle miscellaneous administrative and operational projects as they arise * Learn and follow our SOPs and internal procedures * Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to work faster, research information, organize data, draft communications, and solve everyday problems * Look for opportunities to use AI to make repetitive work more efficient What We’re Looking For * Excellent written and spoken English * Previous Virtual Assistant, administrative, operations, or customer service experience * Strong experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools * Very comfortable using technology and learning new software * Excellent organization and follow-through * Strong attention to detail * Resourceful and able to figure things out * Comfortable handling many different types of tasks * Able to follow detailed instructions * Able to work independently after being trained * Reliable internet and computer * Available consistently Monday–Friday * Interested in a stable, long-term position Experience That Is a Plus * Shopify * E-commerce or retail * Customer service * CRM software * Google Workspace / Google Sheets * Inventory management * Purchasing or ordering * Vendor coordination * AI tools and automation You do not need experience with everything listed above.
