📖 About Us
Due to the continuous expansion of our services, IRIZE is currently looking for 1–2 dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Instructors to join our growing team in Matsudo City, Chiba.
We operate government-funded specialized developmental support facilities dedicated to helping children with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive. We provide tailored, small-group lessons aimed at building social skills, independence, and self-confidence in a supportive and structured environment.
⏰ Working Hours & Daily Schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Hours: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM (Includes a 1-hour rotating lunch break)
Holidays: Weekends & Japanese National Holidays off!
Typical Daily Flow:
Morning (9:45 AM – 1:30 PM): Morning preparation, curriculum planning, and/or providing care for preschool-aged children (10:00 AM – 1:30 PM). Enjoy lunch with the children followed by a rotating break.
Early Afternoon (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM): Drive company vehicles (5–7 seater MPVs/minivans) to pick up children from local preschools and safely transport them to our center.
Late Afternoon Lessons (3:00 PM – 5:30 PM): Lead interactive 90-minute educational sessions.
Class 1: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Class 2: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Small Group Ratio: Maximum of 3 children per instructor for personalized attention.
Drop-off & Parent Communication: Safely drive children back to their homes and provide brief, supportive daily feedback to parents regarding their child's progress.
🎯 Key Qualifications
Driving License: Must hold a valid Japanese Driver’s License (AT/Automatic License is acceptable) and be comfortable driving 5–7 passenger vehicles.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Education, Psychology, Social Welfare, Occupational Therapy, or Special Education.
Passionate & Caring: A strong desire to support children with neurodiverse needs and help them achieve their developmental milestones.
Language Abilities: Conversational Japanese (for daily communication with parents, staff, and local preschools) is preferred.
