The Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Team leader to expand our existing team building our B2B Content Management System (CMS). The chosen candidate will be asked to lead the implementation of the CMS for a particular platform and to build the team, mentor them and develop their capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build a CMS team that will work to implement, maintain and expand the existing CMS for use in new potential markets.

- Contribute the the core library of the CMS.

- Build and maintain the migration and release process for the CMS.

- Manage and mentor the team in accomplishing their tasks on multiple brands.

- Contribute to maintaining the stability of the system through code reviews and test coverage.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience with full stack development.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position.

- Good communication skills and a strong sense of leadership and ownership.

- Strong experience with DirectUs or similar headless CMS platforms.

- Strong experience with SQL. Experience with Node, Typescript, GraphQL and Vue are considered an asset.
