Full Stack Engineer (Node/Python and React)
Job Summary:
A Full Stack Engineer at Creative Chaos is tasked with developing both the front-end and back-end of web applications. This position requires expertise in both Node.js and Python for back-end development while also being proficient in React for front-end development. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and a commitment to quality, ensuring seamless integration of user-facing elements and server-side functionalities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, Python, and React
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs into interactive applications
- Work on database design and implementation
- Implement server-side logic and integration with front-end components
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the security and robustness of applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of Node.js and Python
- Experience working with React and modern front-end development frameworks
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies is a plus
