Full Stack Developer - Fresher (WFH)

About the job: We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us build a production-level education technology platform for schools and institutions. We do not expect you to know everything from day one. We believe good developers grow by building real products, solving real problems, and learning continuously. However, we do expect you to have familiarity with modern frontend, backend, database, and development tools. This role does not require Data Structures and Algorithms or competitive programming. We are more interested in your ability to build practical software, understand requirements, create usable interfaces, develop APIs, work with databases, debug issues, learn new tools, work with a team, and improve consistently. You do not need to be an expert in every technology, but you should be ready to learn as you build. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain frontend and backend modules for an education management platform 2. Work on modules such as student management, attendance, fees, exams, reports, communication, dashboards, and admin panels 3. Convert product requirements into working full stack features 4. Build responsive web interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices 5. Create and integrate REST APIs 6. Work with databases and write efficient queries 7. Implement authentication, authorisation, and role-based access 8. Handle forms, validations, loading states, error states, and user interactions 9. Debug, test, and improve existing features 10. Collaborate with developers, designers, and product stakeholders 11. Participate in team discussions, planning, and code reviews 12.
