ROLE OVERVIEW:
Jumpfactor Marketing is seeking a Full-Stack Developer (Automation & Internal Tools) with 4+ years of hands-on experience building modern web applications and internal systems.
This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving internal automation tools and workflows. You will work across front-end and back-end technologies to connect AI services, APIs, databases, and WordPress-based systems into cohesive, reliable solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with modern JavaScript frameworks, Python automation, and PHP/WordPress environments.

WHO YOU ARE:
- 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
-
Strong WordPress development and customization experience
-
Strong experience with (frontend + API routes/server actions)
- Proficient in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Backend development experience with Python & PHP

Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services

Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase)

Experience building internal dashboards, control panels, and automation tools

Experience implementing AI integrations (LLMs, AI APIs, AI-powered workflows)

Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Render, Vercel)

Proficient with Git and version control workflows

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and refactoring skills

Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code/ technical documentation

Ability to work independently and collaboratively during EST hours

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Comfortable working within project management systems (ClickUp or similar)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
