Advanced Insurance Solutions (AIS) is looking for an experienced Full-Stack / AI Developer to build a custom VA Candidate Screening & Assessment Portal from scratch. ???? THE PROJECT We need a centralized platform where applicants can: Submit their information and resume Take a cognitive/problem-solving test Complete a personality/work-style assessment Take a typing speed & accuracy test Complete a Follow-the-Instructions Test based on a short video Record a natural video introduction ????? ADMIN DASHBOARD The system should allow our team to: Manage applicants and resumes Review assessment and video results Score and rank candidates Compare candidates against benchmarks from our top-performing employees Filter and identify top candidates ???? DEVELOPMENT The platform will be custom-built from scratch. We are open to using appropriate AI tools, APIs, and third-party services where they make sense, but the core platform should be developed specifically for AIS. We want a developer who can recommend a practical, scalable, and cost-effective tech stack. ???? REQUIREMENTS Strong full-stack development experience Experience building web applications from scratch AI/API integration experience Experience with databases and admin dashboards Experience with video upload/recording Strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with recruitment, HR, assessment, or applicant-tracking platforms is a plus. ????
