Job Summary:
As a member on the Fulfillment Resolution Team at OneDigital , you will be responsible for correction of plan level and member enrollment audits/issues to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools.
Duties:
-
Complete corrections in response to mismatches identified;
-
Research and resolve root cause issues from Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalist (Tier 1 Staff);

Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility;

Make corrections into BenAdmin system to ensure that members are reflecting how they are enrolled with the carrier;

Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols;
-
Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit/issue discoveries;
-
Serve as the single point of contact for resolution lifecycle;

Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA);

Meet or exceed department goals as defined;

Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Experience:
-
Current life and health insurance license, preferred;
- Minimum 2 years' cumulative experience.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $20 to $23 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
