Freelance Brand Identity & Graphic Designer

Ongoing freelance / project-based work | Remote | Philippines Virtually OS is looking for a talented Brand Identity & Graphic Designer to work with us on an ongoing freelance basis across a range of client projects. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for branding and visual identity — not simply someone who can create graphics in Canva. You will work from briefs and strategic direction provided by our team, helping translate client positioning, competitor research and brand ideas into thoughtful, polished visual identities. The type of work you'll be doing Depending on the project, this may include: *Competitor and visual brand research *Moodboards and creative direction *Logo concepts and logo suites *Typography selection and development *Colour palette development *Brand identity systems *Supporting graphic elements and visual language *Brand guidelines / style guides *Presentation of creative concepts *Marketing collateral and other brand assets as required We're looking for someone who *Has genuine experience in brand identity and visual identity design *Can think conceptually rather than simply execute instructions *Understands how research and positioning influence creative direction *Has excellent typography and layout skills *Can explain the thinking behind their design decisions *Is confident working in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign *Can take a clear brief and work independently *Has strong attention to detail *Communicates clearly and reliably *Is comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on concepts *Is interested in developing an ongoing working relationship rather than completing a single project Experience working with agencies, consultants or multiple client brands would be an advantage. How we work Virtually OS works with clients across different industries, so the style and requirements of each project will vary. Our team will manage the client relationship, project logistics and overall brief. You will primarily focus on the creative and design work. Initially, work will be offered on a freelance/project basis, with the potential for regular ongoing work as we develop the relationship.
