About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Design intuitive user interfaces and website layouts using Figma. 2. Develop responsive websites using Framer, Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify. 3. Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready websites. 4. Build and optimize landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions. 5. Create engaging interactions, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance user experience. 6. Manage website customization, CMS content, plugins, integrations, APIs, and third-party tools. 7. Optimize websites for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO. 8. Develop reusable components, templates, and design systems for scalable web development. 9. Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance and improvements. 10. Stay updated with the latest web design, UI/UX, no-code development, and industry best practices. Expert-level proficiency in Framer and Webflow. - 2. Strong UI/UX design skills with hands-on experience in Figma. - 3. Intermediate experience with WordPress and Shopify. - 4. Experience converting design concepts into production-ready websites. - 5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage. - 6. Experience working with CMS collections, dynamic content, and website interactions. - 7. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization. - 8. Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and usability. - 9. Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. - 10. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - 11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
