Key Responsibilities - Advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters - Review contracts, agreements, and legal exposures - Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and corporate structuring - Provide guidance on compliance and risk management - Serve as a trusted legal advisor to leadership Qualifications - Licensed attorney with significant corporate/commercial law experience - Experience advising private companies, acquisitions, and growth-stage businesses - Familiarity with U.S. corporate, contract, and compliance matters - Practical, business-oriented approach to legal risk management This role is intended as a strategic advisory position and does not require day-to-day legal operations.
