Your Job
Reporting to the Head of Financial Control, you will play a key role in steering the company's economic performance. As a true Business Partner , you will provide your analytical expertise to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities :

Closing and Reporting:
- Actively participate in the monthly and annual closing processes in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Produce monthly management reports (P&L analysis, KPI tracking, etc.).
- Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.

Budgeting and Forecasting: - Actively contribute to the budget and reforecasting processes in direct collaboration with department heads.

Performance Analysis:
- Conduct profitability analysis by product, project, or business line.
- Track and analyze operational costs and propose optimization measures.
- Develop and update dashboards for effective performance monitoring.

Process Improvement:
- Proactively suggest improvements for reporting tools and financial processes.
- Participate in the implementation of new tools (BI, ERP).

Business Partnering:
- Support operational managers in monitoring their budgets and understanding their performance.
- Perform ad-hoc studies and analyses at the request of senior management.

Education: You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Controlling, or Audit from a Business School, University, or similar institution.

Experience: You have 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a corporate environment or an audit firm (Big 4 experience is a plus).

Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
- Excellent command of Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, modeling).
- Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics...) is a major asset.
- Experience with a Business Intelligence tool (Power BI, Tableau) is highly appreciated.
- Solid knowledge of general and cost accounting.
