Financial Planning Assistant (Work-From-Home, Morning Shift)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and other financial planning documentation.
- Interpret client meeting notes and prepare compliant financial advice documents.
- Maintain and update client records using Xplan.
- Conduct financial modelling, research, and analysis to support the Financial Adviser.
- Ensure all advice documents comply with Australian regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the Financial Adviser and support staff to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
- Review and update client information, strategy documents, and implementation paperwork.
- Provide general paraplanning and administrative support as required.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Australian financial planning experience.
- Strong hands-on experience using Xplan (Essential) .
- Proven paraplanning experience, including drafting SOAs, interpreting client meeting notes, and preparing financial advice documentation.

Experience working within an Australian financial planning practice (Essential) .

Familiarity with Australian financial planning regulations and compliance requirements (Essential) .
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
