• Part-time producers: $2,000–$6,000+/month
• Full-time experienced producers: $150,000–$400,000+/year

REQUIREMENTS

• Active life insurance license, an inactive license you're willing to reactivate (we'll guide you through CE), OR current work in financial services with willingness to obtain a license (we contribute $100 toward the course)
• Current U.S. residency and work authorization — no visa sponsorship available
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
• Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset
