This remote work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.
Purpose of the job
This leader will work with key business, vendors and IT partners to develop strategic plans for the technologies impacting the company. Works to deliver features defined for providing methodology process policies, practices, guidance and tools to the organization.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance or finance field with emphasis on Business Analysis and/or computer technology including EDI, financial systems or system interfaces
- 2 years of experience in a role with demonstrated ability to communicate with diverse groups of people inside and outside of the business
- 3 years of experience in decomposing high-level initiative information and evaluating the components to forecast work effort required
- 2 years of experience with multiple LOB claims processing, and payments; overpayment recoveries
Required Education - High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study (All Levels)
Required Licenses - N/A
Required Certifications - Achievement of agile product owner certification within 12 months of placement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Work Experience
- 5 years of experience in healthcare, insurance or finance field with emphasis on Business Analysis and/or computer technology including EDI, financial systems or system interfaces
- 4 years of experience in a role with demonstrated ability to communicate with diverse groups of people inside and outside of the business
- 3 years of experience working with Agile / Scrum work environments as a product owner, writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance (All Levels)
- 2 years of experience with payments and back-end payment infrastructure; processing and routing (Credit, Debit, ACH)
- Knowledge of BCBS Association Federal Employee Program (FEP) and BlueCard programs and claims processes.
